Carpet washing was and is a long-standing tradition in the ancient Orient. Shortly before the Persian New Year (Nouroouz) at the beginning of spring, spring cleaning is due, and carpet cleaning is also an integral part.
For cleaning, carpets in ancient Persia were mostly spread out in the courtyard of the beautiful old houses, watered with plenty of water and natural soap and cleaned with brushes and brooms. The carpets were then dewatered several times with round metal bucket, rolled and re-entered until the carpet was completely drained. This process was called '' Kassekeshi '' in Persia. Finally, the carpets were spread out on the roof to dry them with the help of the sun's rays. This traditional type of carpet cleaning is still practiced in some regions of the Orient.
As a carpet cleaning company, we have set ourselves the goal of preserving this tradition as far as possible. For this reason, we attach great importance to the use of natural products and manual cleaning. For example, the use of vacuum cleaners is an absolute taboo. The only machines we use at work are a gentle tapping machine and a carpet centrifuge for dewatering the carpets.
"Every business idea often comes from a passion."
As a Persian by birth, a carpet is not just a commodity for me, because I still remember my childhood well and how my grandparents knotted carpets with a lot of effort and attention to detail. Accordingly, I know how many hours of hard work effort are involved. Unfortunately, I have often seen how really valuable pieces were destroyed by the mechanical cleaning of carpets.
Therefore, as a passionate carpet collector and expert on antique rugs, it became a personal concern for me to found a professional carpet cleaning company with a focus on environmental friendliness and traditionally proven methods.
My team consists of professionally competent employees with many years of experience and employees who are trained under the supervision of a master, so that I have complete confidence in our quality.
We would be happy to discuss your carpet needs more personally and are at your disposal for any non-binding advice!
